سياسة الخصوصية

• بيتنا تطبيق عائلي لتنظيم مهام البيت والمكافآت والمصروف. نجمع فقط ما يلزم لعمل التطبيق.
• لا إعلانات، لا تتبّع، لا تحليلات تسويقية، ولا نبيع أي بيانات أو نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.
• بيانات كل عائلة منفصلة تماماً عن العائلات الأخرى، وتُحمى داخل قاعدة البيانات نفسها.
• حسابات الأولاد لا تحتوي على بريد إلكتروني أو صور أو موقع أو أرقام هواتف.
• يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.

حساب ولي الأمر

• البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (تُحفظ مشفّرة بطريقة لا يمكن استرجاعها) — لتسجيل الدخول واستعادة الحساب.
• الاسم الذي تختاره والصورة الرمزية (شخصية جاهزة أو رمز تعبيري) — لعرضها لأفراد عائلتك.
• بيانات الجلسة التي يحفظها نظام الدخول لأغراض الأمان، مثل وقت الدخول وعنوان IP ونوع المتصفح.

العائلة

• اسم العائلة، الدولة، العملة، المنطقة الزمنية، ورمز العائلة الذي يستخدمه الأولاد للدخول.
• العضوية (من هم أولياء الأمور ومن المالك) والدعوات (يُحفظ منها رمز مشفّر فقط).
• رقم «العائلة المؤسسة» إن وُجد (لقب تقديري فقط)، وخطة العائلة (مجانية حالياً). لا نجمع أي بيانات دفع.

ملف الطفل (ينشئه ولي الأمر)

• الاسم أو الاسم المستعار، الصورة الرمزية، واللون.
• رمز سري من 4–6 أرقام (يُحفظ مشفّراً فقط) وعداد المحاولات الخاطئة لحماية الحساب.
• في الإصدارات السابقة كان بالإمكان إدخال سنة الميلاد اختيارياً؛ لم نعد نطلبها.
• لكل طفل هوية دخول داخلية بدون بريد إلكتروني، تُستخدم فقط ليعمل الدخول بالرمز السري.

ما تُدخلونه في التطبيق

• المهام (العنوان، الوصف، المكافأة، الموعد، من يستطيع اختيارها) وسجل حالاتها.
• طلبات الوقت الإضافي (المدة وسبب قصير اختياري) وقرار الأهل.
• محفظة كل طفل: سجل المكافآت والدفعات والتصحيحات. الرصيد يُحسب من هذا السجل فقط. لا توجد أموال حقيقية داخل التطبيق.
• الأهداف (اسم الهدف والمبلغ المطلوب). التقدم يُحسب من رصيد المحفظة.
• الإشعارات داخل التطبيق، وإعدادات التذكير اليومي لأولياء الأمور.
• سجل نشاط داخلي للعائلة (من قام بماذا ومتى) لحماية سلامة المحافظ والمهام.

الإشعارات والأجهزة

• إذا فعّلت الإشعارات: عنوان الإشعارات الخاص بالجهاز ومفاتيح التشفير (في المتصفح) أو رمز الجهاز من Apple (في تطبيق iPhone)، نوع الجهاز ونص تعريف المتصفح، وأوقات آخر نجاح أو فشل في الإرسال.
• نص الإشعار قصير ولا يتضمن الملاحظات الخاصة أو أسباب الطلبات.

بيانات تشغيلية

• للحماية من محاولات التخمين نحفظ عنوان IP مؤقتاً (حتى يوم واحد) عند إدخال رمز العائلة أو الرمز السري.
• مزوّدو الاستضافة يحتفظون بسجلات تقنية قصيرة الأمد (مثل عنوان IP ومسار الطلب ووقت الطلب) لأغراض التشغيل والأمان.
• سجلاتنا التشغيلية تحتوي على أعداد ورموز أخطاء فقط، بدون محتوى المهام.

على جهازك فقط

• رمز العائلة على جهاز الأولاد (ملف تعريف ارتباط ضروري)، وتفضيلات بسيطة مثل كتم الأصوات وإخفاء بطاقة الإشعارات.

ما لا نجمعه

• لا نجمع الموقع الجغرافي، الصور، جهات الاتصال، الميكروفون، الكاميرا، أو بيانات دفع.
• لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تتبّع عبر التطبيقات والمواقع.

• أولياء الأمور في العائلة يرون بيانات عائلتهم.
• الطفل يرى مهامه ومحفظته وأهدافه فقط. أرصدة الإخوة تظهر له فقط إذا فعّل الأهل ذلك، وبدون تفاصيل العمليات.
• لا يمكن لأي عائلة رؤية بيانات عائلة أخرى.

• Supabase — قاعدة البيانات ونظام الدخول (الخوادم في فرانكفورت، ألمانيا).
• Vercel — استضافة التطبيق وتشغيله.
• خدمات الإشعارات الخاصة بالمتصفح أو الجهاز (Apple، Google، Mozilla، Microsoft) — لإيصال الإشعارات فقط. إشعارات المتصفح تُرسل مشفّرة؛ إشعارات تطبيق iPhone تمر عبر خدمة Apple.
• مزوّد البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بنظام الدخول — لإرسال رسائل التفعيل واستعادة كلمة المرور فقط.

هؤلاء يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا لتشغيل الخدمة فقط.

• نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام الحساب أو العائلة موجودين.
• «حذف الحساب» داخل التطبيق يحذف حساب الدخول نهائياً. إذا كنت ولي الأمر الوحيد تُحذف العائلة كاملة مع حسابات الأولاد والمهام والمحافظ والأهداف. إذا كان في العائلة ولي أمر آخر تبقى العائلة له، وما قمت به سابقاً يبقى في سجلها بدون ربطه بحسابك.
• «حذف العائلة نهائياً» يحذف كل بيانات العائلة.
• قد تبقى سجلات تقنية لدى مزوّدي الاستضافة لفترة قصيرة قبل أن تُحذف تلقائياً.

بيتنا مخصص لأولياء الأمور. ولي الأمر هو من ينشئ ملف الطفل ويتحكم به. لا نطلب من الأطفال أي بيانات تواصل، ولا نعرض لهم إعلانات، ولا نحلل سلوكهم. يمكن لولي الأمر إيقاف حساب الطفل أو حذف العائلة كاملة في أي وقت.

In short: Baytna is a family app for household tasks, rewards and pocket money. We collect only what the app needs to work. No ads, no tracking, no marketing analytics, and we never sell or share data for advertising. Each family's data is isolated from every other family at the database level. Children's profiles have no email, photo, location or phone number. You can delete your account inside the app at any time.

Parent account: email and password (stored hashed), display name and avatar (built-in character or emoji), and security session data kept by the sign-in system (sign-in time, IP address, browser type).

Family: family name, country, currency, time zone, the family code children use to sign in, memberships, invitations (only a hashed token is stored), and the family's Founding Family number if any (a recognition only) and its plan (currently free). No payment data is collected.

Child profile (created by a parent): first name or nickname, avatar and color; a 4–6 digit PIN stored only as a hash, with failed-attempt counters; an internal sign-in identity without an email address. Earlier versions allowed an optional birth year; it is no longer requested.

Content you enter: tasks and their history, extra-time requests (duration and an optional short reason), each child's wallet ledger (rewards, recorded payments, corrections — no real money moves through the app), goals (name and target amount; progress is computed from the wallet balance), in-app notifications, parents' daily reminder settings, and an internal activity log that protects wallet and task integrity.

Notifications: if you turn them on, your device's push endpoint and encryption keys (browser) or Apple device token (iPhone app), device type, browser user agent, and delivery timestamps. Notification text is short and never contains private notes or request reasons.

Operational data: to prevent guessing, the IP address is kept for up to one day when a family code or PIN is entered. Hosting providers keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, request path, time). Our own logs contain counts and error codes only.

On your device only: the family code on children's devices (a strictly necessary cookie) and small preferences such as muted sounds.

We do not collect location, photos, contacts, microphone, camera or payment data, and we use no analytics, advertising or cross-app tracking tools.

Who sees what: parents see their own family's data. A child sees only their own tasks, wallet and goals; siblings' balances (never their transactions) are shown only if a parent enables it. No family can see another family's data.

Service providers (processors): Supabase (database and authentication, Frankfurt, Germany), Vercel (hosting), browser/device push services (Apple, Google, Mozilla, Microsoft — browser pushes are end-to-end encrypted; iPhone app notifications pass through Apple's service), and the sign-in system's email provider (verification and password-reset emails only).

Retention and deletion: data is kept while the account or family exists. "Delete account" in the app permanently deletes your sign-in account. If you are the only parent, the whole family is deleted (children's profiles, tasks, wallets, goals). If another parent remains, the family stays with them and your past actions remain in its history without being linked to you. "Delete family" deletes all of the family's data. Providers' technical logs expire automatically after a short time.

Children: Baytna is intended for parents. A parent creates and controls each child profile. We ask children for no contact details, show them no ads and do not profile their behaviour.
